The Continuity Forum provides independent advice, information and support to the private and public sectors covering all the issues and challenges of Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Emergency Planning and Security with the aim of improving organisational resilience in the UK and internationally.
We are an independent NGO that specialises in providing practical information, assistance and guidance to organisations of all types needing to create effective Business Continuity Management and Resilience.
Developing resilience requires the integration of business thinking, practical measures and policies that align and enable the organization to protect its vital interests. The global Digital Economy brings new Cyber Risk that has emerged as a very real threat to our our businesses and communities.
Most organisations now depend on technology, whether they are large or small, yet repeated research demonstrates that far too few are seriously addressing the risks being presented.
Through our involvement in the Cyber Risk & Insurance Forum we aim to connect the business interests of organizations with the technology capabilities to increase their resilience. By proactively addressing 'cyber' threats in all its forms we hope to integrate improved risk management practices that connect from the front line of firewalls and IT security through to the strategic protection of the organization with Insurance.
